Canned Green Beans

Ingredients
Directions
Place Hamhock in water - enough to cover. Bring to a boil, lower heat and cook for 2 hours.
While hamhock is cooking, place skinned, cut-up potatoes in pot and cook til slightly tender.
Slice onion slivers and place in pot meat stock, simmer for an additional 1/2 hour.
Pour Del Monte Whole Green Beans into pot of cooked hamhock and drippings (pour off canned juices - do not use) and simmer for another 1/2 hour.
Last 15 minutes, input potatoes (optional).

- 1 Onion
- 1 Hamhock (or more if desired)
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Garlic (to taste)
- 2 large potatoes (optional)
