Lemon Bars

CRUST
Melt 1 stick butter and 1 stick margarine. Blend in 2 cups plus 2 tbsp flour and ½ cup powdered sugar.
Pat into bottom of 9x13 pan and bake for 15 minutes. While crust is baking, prepare filling.
FILLING
Beat 4 eggs
Add 1-3/4 cups sugar 4 tbsp flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 4 tbsp lemon juice.
Add grated lemon peel from 1 lemon or dried lemon peel. Blend well.
Pour into baked crust and bake for an additional 25 minutes. Cool.
Dust with powdered sugar
