Seven-Up Cake

Ingredients
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until cake springs back at the touch. Makes three round layers or one tub pan.
Icing Ingredients
1 Lg can crushed pineapple
2 cups sugar
2 heaping tablespoons flour
2 whole eggs
1 cup butter
Directions
Mix all ingredients and cook over low heat until it comes to a boil. (For best results, stand over pot and stir until boils.) Let cool and add 1 cup chopped pecans and 1 cup coconut. Spread over each layer and sides.

- 1 pkg Lemon Cake Mix (Preferably Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme)
- 1 box Vanilla Instant Jello Pudding Mix (I prefer Lemon Instant Jello Pudding Mix instead)
- 4 whole eggs
- ¾ cup oil
- 1 bottle (10 ounce) 7-Up
