Sorry it took so long to get back to all of you for coming to the call of need for my daughter (Camille). I want to thank all of you for your prayers, visits and well wishes as well as your words of encouragement. It means a lot to me and my family.
Camille is home and going on with the treatments. Her spirit is good and she is hanging in with the grace of God and her strong will. As you said Vickie, you only have a short time to train your children from the time they leave the womb and the cord is cut. They become their own person with a mind of their own and 18 years is a short time to train them in the way they should go. Keeping them close and in the word is all you can do as well as loving as a mother.
You see them grow up from their first real tear, first tooth, the first words and the first steps they take. We see them grow from the first time they fall down and get up on their own. We see them grow even with all the evil forces that come their way. We pray that the Lord and your love will see them though. And all the tears you cry (mothers you understand what I mean), you know they will someday cry for their own.
But you have to let them grow. Even when they hurt you, you have to let them grow. All we can do is step back and see if we trained them and love them enough to see them through.
Keep praying for her and a speedy recovery. And pray for my family that our strength in the Lord will grow and I will pray for all of you. For we are but one spirit in the body of Christ.
God Bless all of you; hope to see you soon.
